RippleXP provides UK residency timeline analysis reports based on information you provide. Our reports are informational tools designed to help you understand your residency history. They are not legal advice and should not be treated as such.

2. Not Legal Advice

RippleXP is not a law firm. Our reports do not constitute legal advice, immigration advice, or any other professional advice. For legal matters, consult a qualified immigration solicitor or OISC-registered advisor.

3. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. The quality of your report depends on the data you provide. We cannot verify the accuracy of documents you upload.

4. Payments and Refunds

• All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable
• Payment is required before report generation
• Reports are delivered electronically; no physical products are provided
• Refunds are available within 14 days if you have not downloaded your report
• Bulk report packs are non-refundable once any report has been generated

5. Intellectual Property

The RippleXP service, website, and report templates are our property. You may use generated reports for your personal or professional purposes. Lawyers and advisors with bulk packs may share reports with their clients.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RippleXP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

7. Data Protection

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use our service for unlawful purposes.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
